Herbs De Provence
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Marjoram
2 teaspoon Savory (Summer or Winter)
1 teaspoon Lavender
1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
1 teaspoon Rosemary
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Sage
Place all ingredients into a
coffee mill and grind the herbs until they are a powder like
consistency. (If all your
herbs are already ground just mix together)
How to Use: This is good
on chicken, beef, potatoes, grilled vegetables, and on pasta
among many other things it goes well with. Try it and then
experiment on different things. |
